Position: Legal Manager – Sarfaesi & Enforcement (MP)

Location: Bhopal
Experience: 2–3 years
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Handle SARFAESI legal work for retail / Micro-LAP cases in Madhya Pradesh
Prepare and file Section 14 applications before CJM / CMM / DM
Coordinate with courts, police, and Authorised officer for possession cases
Ensure proper documentation, and compliance for legal actions
Track case progress and maintain legal MIS / status reports
Liaise with central legal team for 13(2) & 13(4) related coordination
Travel within MP as required for court and enforcement work

Eligibility & Skills

Law graduate (LLB) with 2–3 years of relevant legal experience
Practical exposure to SARFAESI / recovery / enforcement matters (preferred)
Familiarity with district courts and local legal procedures in MP
Comfortable with documentation, follow-ups, and field coordination
Basic working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Good communication and coordination skills
