Job Title: Senior Legal Manager – Legal Department

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all legal, compliance, and regulatory matters of the company.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

• Manage litigation, legal notices, arbitration, and court cases.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory laws, environmental regulations, and other statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with external advocates, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.

• Provide legal advice to management on business and operational matters.

• Develop legal policies and minimize legal risks for the organization.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Corporate, Contract, Labour, and Commercial Laws.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle legal matters independently.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

Additional Requirement:

• Minimum 12–15 years of legal experience.

• Strong experience in handling NCLT, DRT, Arbitration, Recovery Matters, Corporate Litigation, and Commercial Disputes.

• Experience in drafting legal notices, petitions, replies, and coordinating with advocates.

• Sound knowledge of Companies Act, Contract Law, Labour Laws, and Regulatory Compliance.

• Ability to represent and manage matters before NCLT, DRT, and other judicial/regulatory authorities.

Preferred Industry:

Paints, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Solvents, Thinner, Turpentine, Sealer, or related industries.

Experience Required: 10–15 years in Legal & Compliance.
