Job Title: Land Acquisition Manager / Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Acquisition Professional to support our infrastructure and industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in land acquisition, strong legal understanding, and technical knowledge of land mapping and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire land parcels for company projects

• Conduct land due diligence, title verification, and documentation

• Coordinate with landowners, brokers, and local stakeholders

• Liaise with revenue authorities and government departments

• Handle negotiations, agreements, and registration processes

• Prepare land status reports, maps, and presentations

• Use KML, AutoCAD, and GIS tools for land mapping and layouts

• Ensure legal compliance and timely closure of land acquisition activities

Eligibility & Requirements

• Mandatory experience in land acquisition (infrastructure / industrial / renewable projects preferred)

• LLB degree is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of land laws, revenue records, and acquisition processes

• Working knowledge of KML, AutoCAD, and land mapping tools

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel extensively for field operations

• Ready to relocate anywhere in India as per project requirements (Mainly working location : MP, UP , RAJASTHAN , CHATTISGARH, JHARKHAND) .
