Educational Qualification: LLB degree from a recognized university.
Key Skills:
1. LLB degree from a recognized university.
2. Experience in land-related legal matters, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.
3. Strong knowledge of property laws, land acquisition processes, and lease documentation.
4. Proficiency in Marathi and English typing.
5. Ability to travel across Maharashtra as per company requirements.
6. Excellent communication, coordination,negotiationskills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of legal work.
9. Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures, and relevant laws.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation related to land sale, purchase, and lease agreements.
2. Conducting due diligence and ensuring legal compliance for land acquisitions and leases.
3. Liaising with government authorities, landowners, and other stakeholders for legal clearances.
4. Handling litigation, dispute resolution, and legal compliance matters related to land transactions.
5. Effectively communicating and coordinating with clients, legal teams,internal teams and other stakeholders
6. Maintaining proper records of legal documents and agreements.
7. Extending support to legal counsel for providing guidance to clients on various legal issues.
8. Extending support for compliance I.e ensuring all legal actions and documents comply with relevant laws and regulations.
