Job Opening: Loan Processing & Underwriting Executive

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Loan Executive / Credit Executive with a strong background in retail and commercial loan products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end loan file processing, document verification, financial analysis, and bank portal applications—from initial intake through to final disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End File Processing: Manage loan files across the complete lifecycle, from initial documentation and application filling to sanction and disbursement.

2. Financial & Tax Analysis: Read and analyze financial documents including:

   1. Income Tax Returns (ITR), Computation of Income, P&L Statements, and Balance Sheets.
   2. GST Returns and TDS Certificates

   3. Bank Account Statements

3. CIBIL & Credit Analysis: Pull and review CIBIL reports, identify credit gaps or queries, and prepare customer profiles.

4. Documentation & Application Management: Accurately complete bank application forms for various products (Housing, Mortgage, Working Capital, Project Loans, etc.).

5. Query Resolution: Proactively audit file documentation, identify missing/pending queries, and coordinate with clients or banks to resolve them promptly.

6. Professional Communication: Draft clear emails, client profiles, and official correspondence.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

 Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Cash Credit (CC), Used Car Loans, or Working Capital Loans.

 Computer Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, printer/scanner operations, and digital filing.

 Financial Literacy: Demonstrated ability to evaluate financial statements, tax filings, and bank statements accurately.

 Technical Knowledge: Complete understanding of CIBIL scoring, bank processing workflows, and disbursement procedures.

 Communication: Professional email drafting and documentation skills.
