Legal Counsel Litigation Function Legal Pay Band E4 to M2 Role This person will be handling litigation management A purpose driven role for you Handling all the consumer litigations (more than 600) in National Commission, State Commission and Consumer Forums A Day in the life ● Preparation of reply to the legal notices issued on behalf of customers ● Advise and opinion to Service Team on the service related issues ● Study, research and case preparation of consumer cases involving management and officers of company. ● Handling and management of commercial disputes. ● Discussion and advise to the outside lawyers on the court proceedings. ● Attending and assisting the lawyers in court proceedings ● Discussion with internal stakeholders on the issues related to business and support them in day to day functioning ● Preparation of consumer cases MIS and presentation to Manager ● Preparation of note on relevant laws applicable to our business and presentation to team members Academic Qualification & Experience • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience Technical Skills/Knowledge Good legal knowledge Behavioural Skills Agile, good listener, adaptable to travel and other changes What will it be like to work for Hero As the world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters for the last 25 years , Hero is where you will get to work with the brightest innovators, passionate about being the best in what they do.
