Prepare para wise comments on all 0As Writ Petitions, SLPs, PILS, MisSc appeals, Misc cases filed against the employer and forward to the concerned Standing Counsel after approval of the Competent Authority, for drafting counter affidavit. Scrutinize the counter affidavit received from Counsel with reference to the para wise comments. Taking actions on letters received from Courts, advocates, opposite parties; advising course of action/ preparing notes to MOL/ preparing proposals to Higher Authorities/Meeting with advocates/attend hearings in courts and any other related tasks as per directions of the employer
