Key Responsibilities:
Maintain organized legal documentation and compliance records
Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Represent the company's point of view in legal proceedings and correspondence Handle all company-related litigations, legal notices, and disputes
Assist in regulatory compliance and internal policy drafting
Monitor and report on changes in applicable laws and regulations
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure policy alignment
Requirements:
LLB degree from a recognized university (02 years of experience)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple legal matters and timelines simultaneously
Proactive and confident in presenting legal opinions
Sound understanding of civil, commercial, and contract law
Experience or understanding of financial products and services is an added advantage
Knowledge of regulatory bodies such as RBI, SEBI, etc., is a plus
