Draft, review, and vet real estate documents

• Prepare and handle documentation including:

• Sale Deeds

• Agreement to Sell

• Lease Deeds / Leave & License Agreements

• Gift Deeds and Conveyance Deeds

• MoUs and Development Agreements

• Power of Attorney

• Indemnity Bonds and Affidavits

• Customize legal drafts based on transaction structures and client requirements

• Ensure documents comply with applicable property laws and regulations

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and execution

Job Requirements:
