LEGAL-ADVOCATE

 1. Promptly checking & replying Legal e-mails, Letters, and Notices:

·         Timely review and respond to all legal correspondence, including emails, letters, and notices.

2. Legal Strategy:

·         Develop and implement the organization's legal advocacy and litigation strategy to achieve its goals and protect its legal rights and interests.

3. Legal Representation:

·         Act as the primary legal representative of the organization in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters. This includes representing the organization's interests in litigation and disputes.

4. Case Management:

·         Oversee and manage all legal cases and disputes involving the organization. This includes supervising legal staff and external counsel when necessary.

·         Maintain a summary and dates for all cases, updating them on a weekly basis.

·         Effectively maintain all documents and files, including scanning and proper filing.

5. Legal Research:

·         Conduct legal research to support the organization's positions in legal matters.

·         Stay updated on relevant legal precedents and advise on legal strategies.

6. Contract Review:

·         Review and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure they protect the organization's interests and are legally sound.

7. Risk Assessment:

·         Identify and assess legal risks and liabilities for the organization.

·         Develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

8. Advocacy and Lobbying:

·         -Represent the organization's interests in legislative and regulatory matters.

·         Engage in advocacy and lobbying efforts to influence policies that affect the organization.

Salary – Up to 28,000 - 30,000P/M

Experience – Minimum 2+ Years of Experience as Legal Advisor/Lawyer, Experience in Real Estate Firm will prefer
