Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Associate to support the company’s legal and compliance functions. The role involves handling contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in legal risk management for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, and client agreements

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (corporate, IT, data protection, etc.)

• Provide legal advice to internal teams on business and operational matters

• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and industry trends

• Assist in handling disputes, litigation, and liaising with external counsel

• Maintain legal documentation and records

• Support corporate governance and policy development

• Identify and mitigate legal risks in business processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM is a plus

• Strong understanding of contract law and corporate legal frameworks

• Excellent drafting and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
