Legal Advisor

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Counselor to guide clients through immigration and visa application processes. The candidate will assist clients with documentation, eligibility assessment, application filing, and interview preparation for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, Europe, and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients regarding study, work, tourist, PR, and dependent visas.

• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.

• Explain visa requirements, documentation, timelines, and fees.

• Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa application documents.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications.

• Coordinate with embassies, immigration authorities, and partner institutions.

• Provide updates on immigration laws, visa policies, and procedural changes.

• Conduct follow-ups with leads and existing clients.

• Handle client queries professionally via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

• Support sales and business development targets where required.

• Prepare clients for visa interviews and biometric appointments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Experience in immigration, visa processing, or overseas consultancy preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of international visa procedures and documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.

• Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, email handling).

• Sales and counseling skills are an advantage.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years in immigration consultancy or visa counseling.

• Experience handling Canada, Australia, UK, Schengen, or USA visa cases.

• Depends on experience and performance.

• Full-time office-based role.
