Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Legal Advisor to oversee all legal aspects of the company’s operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage contracts, and provide legal guidance related to overseas education consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and MOUs with universities, partners, and vendors

• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws related to education consultancy and immigration support services

• Provide legal advice on business operations, risk management, and dispute resolution

• Handle legal notices, claims, and potential litigation matters

• Review marketing materials and advertisements for legal compliance

• Advise management on company policies, employment laws, and regulatory updates

• Maintain proper documentation and legal records

• Coordinate with external lawyers when required

📚 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) – Mandatory

• Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) – Preferred

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate/legal advisory roles

• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance

• Experience in education consultancy, immigration law, or service-based companies is an advantage

• Language prefer Tamil & Malayalam

• It is a Full Time చట్టపరమైన job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
