Legal Advisor

We are looking for a Legal Advisor to join our team at Fortune One Buildco Private Limited to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters. This position offers an in-hanKd salary of ₹35000 - ₹60000 along with professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and vet legal agreements related to property transactions, sales, leasing, and vendor contracts.

Conduct title verification, due diligence, and legal scrutiny of land and property documents.

Coordinate with government authorities, registration offices, advocates, and legal consultants for approvals and documentation.

Handle RERA compliance and ensure adherence to real estate regulations and statutory requirements.

Support the sales and CRM teams in resolving customer legal queries and documentation requirements.

Maintain records of legal notices, agreements, approvals, and case-related documents.

Assist in dispute resolution, litigation follow-up, and legal risk assessment.

Monitor updates in property laws, municipal regulations, and compliance requirements.

Ensure timely registration and execution of agreements and contracts.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of property laws, land acquisition, RERA, and real estate compliance.

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze legal documents and identify risks.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Attention to detail and documentation management.

Qualification:

LLB / LLM from a recognized university.

Experience in the real estate industry preferr
