ob Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Advocate with 6 years of practice in Civil, Criminal, Family, and DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling litigation, client representation, legal drafting, and case management across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in Civil, Criminal, Family Courts, and DRT proceedings.
Draft and review legal documents including petitions, written statements, affidavits, legal notices, and agreements.
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
Handle court appearances, filings, and follow-ups independently.
Liaise with clients, courts, and regulatory authorities.
Provide legal advice and consultation to clients.
Maintain proper documentation and case records.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); enrollment with Bar Council is mandatory.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Civil, Criminal, Family, and DRT matters.
Strong drafting, pleading, and research skills.
Good knowledge of procedural and substantive laws.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
