Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, and legal documents

  • Ensure compliance with company law, labor law, and regulatory requirements

  • Handle legal notices, litigation matters, and coordination with external advocates

  • Provide legal advice to management and departments

  • Maintain legal records and documentation

  • Support HR in disciplinary, compliance, and employee-related legal matters

Requirements:

  • LLB / LLM qualification

  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate or company law

  • Good knowledge of labor laws, contracts, and compliance

  • Strong communication and drafting skills
