Position: Junior Advocate (Taxation)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
About the Role
TAXLITIGATER is looking for an Junior advocate to support our legal team in GST,Income Tax and other taxation matters. The role includes assisting with legal drafting, case preparation, tax compliance and client coordination.
Responsibilities
• Assist in GST & Income Tax legal work and documentation.
• Prepare notices, replies, appeals, petitions, and case files.
• Conduct basic tax-law research and case preparation.
• Assist in tax litigation, assessments, and hearings.
• Coordinate with clients and tax authorities.
• Track filing deadlines and maintain case records
Required Skills
• Good knowledge of GST & Income Tax.
• Basic knowledge of tax litigation and legal procedures.
• Good legal drafting and research skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Good MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to manage work accurately and confidentially.
LL.B. required with basic knowledge of GST and Income Tax.
