We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Junior Advocate to assist in research, drafting, and courtroom preparation in high-stakes Supreme Court litigation. The ideal candidate must be passionate about constitutional law, well-versed in legal drafting, and committed to excellence and discipline in court practice.
Assist in drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), Writ Petitions, Appeals, Rejoinders, and other pleadings before the Supreme Court of India.
Conduct in-depth legal research on constitutional, civil, and criminal law issues.
Prepare case notes, briefings, and list of dates/events for court proceedings.
Coordinate with briefing counsels and High Court advocates.
Attend court hearings, client meetings, and conferences with Senior Advocates.
Contribute to content creation, including legal publications, blogs, and books on SLP practice.
Maintain organized case files and follow-ups on filing, listing, and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); enrollment with Bar Council required.
1-3 years of experience in litigation (Freshers with strong drafting and research skills may also apply).
Strong command over English and legal drafting conventions.
Sound knowledge of constitutional law, procedural laws, and Supreme Court practice.
Clarity of thought and articulation in legal writing.
High speed of execution and attention to detail.
Punctual, disciplined, and ethical.
Willingness to learn and grow under expert mentorship.
Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Direct exposure to constitutional litigation and mentorship under Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India.
