Job Title: Advocate (Litigation & Legal Advisory)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Advocate to join our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will handle litigation matters, provide legal advice, draft legal documents, and represent clients before courts and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil, criminal, and commercial matters before courts and tribunals

• Draft and review legal documents including plaints, written statements, petitions, affidavits, and agreements

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Attend court hearings and manage case proceedings

• Provide legal opinions and advisory to clients

• Coordinate with clients for case updates and documentation

• Ensure timely filing of cases and compliance with legal procedures

Required Qualifications:

• LL.B degree from a recognized university

• Enrolled with Bar Council

• 1–5 years of litigation experience (freshers with strong internship experience can also apply)

Skills Required:

• Strong drafting and research skills

• Good communication and client-handling ability

• Knowledge of court procedures and legal documentation

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, legal software)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in civil and financial dispute matters

• Exposure to recovery cases, loan settlements, or banking matters

• Familiarity with Bangalore courts

As per industry standards (based on experience)
