Nyaya Chakra is a legal advisory and dispute resolution firm committed to providing strategic legal solutions across banking and financial disputes, debt resolution, consumer protection, cyber matters, family disputes, property matters, corporate advisory, and civil litigation. We are looking for a dedicated advocate who can combine legal expertise with client-focused problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Advisory

• Provide legal consultation to clients on civil, criminal, consumer, banking, financial, cyber, family, labour, and property matters.

• Analyse legal issues and recommend appropriate legal strategies.

• Conduct legal research on statutes, case laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
  

Drafting & Documentation

• Draft legal notices, replies, rejoinders, legal opinions, affidavits, agreements, MOUs, contracts, petitions, complaints, applications, and other legal documents.

• Review contracts and identify legal risks.

• Prepare settlement agreements and negotiation documents.
  

Banking & Financial Disputes

• Handle matters relating to:

  • Loan settlement

  • Recovery agent harassment

  • RBI Digital Lending Guidelines

  • Credit card disputes

  • Consumer complaints

  • Banking Ombudsman matters

  • SARFAESI related issues

  • Negotiations with Banks and NBFCs
    

Litigation Support

• Coordinate with panel advocates across India.

• Prepare case briefs and litigation strategies.

• Assist in filing matters before Courts, Consumer Commissions, DRT, High Court, NCLT, and other authorities.

• Track court dates and case progress.
  

Client Management

• Conduct client consultations.

• Explain legal rights and possible remedies.

• Maintain professional communication with clients.

• Follow up on documentation and case updates.
  

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Maintain legal records and confidential client information.

• Assist in internal legal compliance and policy drafting.
  

Negotiation & Settlement

• Negotiate with banks, financial institutions, recovery agencies, insurance companies, and opposite parties.

• Explore pre-litigation settlement opportunities.

• Represent clients during mediation and negotiations.
  

Business Development Support

• Conduct legal awareness sessions and webinars.

• Create legal articles, FAQs, and educational content.

• Assist the marketing team with legally accurate content.

Required Qualifications

• LL.B. (Mandatory)

• Enrolment with the State Bar Council.

• 1–5 years of litigation or advisory experience preferred.

• Freshers with exceptional drafting skills may also apply.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and expertise)
