Job Title: Drafting Executive (Drafting Compliance Executive with good understanding of SEBI, Indian Stock share market)
Location: Sector 67, Mohali
Must Have Knowledge regarding SEBI, Indian stock Market and Indian stock brokers understanding, Cyber Scams and Finance Fraud knowledge.

About the Role:
Fraud Free helps investors file complaints and pursue cases against brokers and unregistered entities for SEBI violations. We're looking for a sharp, responsible Drafting Executive who can speak directly with clients, understand their case in depth, and manage documentation cleanly through every step of the filing process.
Key Responsibilities:
● Talk to clients over the phone, understand their case thoroughly, and communicate with them in
their own language (Hindi/Hinglish comfortable).
● Draft a proper complaint.
● Collect, document, and organize all proof and evidence shared by the client
● Maintain proper, structured documentation for each case for smooth handling of further steps
● Proofread and review every complaint generated before submission, checking for accuracy, clarity, tone, and factual consistency
● Ensure all filings are error-free and ready for regulatory submission
● Coordinate with the internal legal/consultation team to keep cases moving
Requirements
● Master's degree in English, Economics, or a relevant subject
● Strong command of written and spoken English
● Excellent communication skills, confident and clear on the phone with clients
● Sharp, smart, and detail-oriented, with strong proofreading ability
● Responsible and reliable enough to own case documentation end-to-end
● Ability to understand client cases quickly and document them accurately
Good to Have
● Familiarity with SEBI regulations, broker complaints, or investment/financial matters
● Prior experience in legal, compliance, or KPO documentation.
