Manager_UK Tax Law CLM Experience & Knowledge Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and associated legal processes Minimum 6+ years’ experience in CLM implementation or configuration projects (preferably with Agiloft, Ironclad, or Leah) Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations Awareness of GenAI and agentic solutions Relevant CLM certifications are highly desirable Client & Delivery Skills Experience supporting and contributing to client design workshops Ability to deliver client demos showcasing CLM functionality Experience delivering or assisting with end-user training sessions Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements Experience & Knowledge Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and associated legal processes Minimum 6+ years’ experience in CLM implementation or configuration projects (preferably with Agiloft, Ironclad, or Leah) Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations Awareness of GenAI and agentic solutions Relevant CLM certifications are highly desirable Technical Skills Proven experience configuring CLM platforms, including: Contract templates Workflows Notifications and alerts Reporting and dashboards User roles, permissions, and groups Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation, including: Configuration design documents Test scripts and cases Client & Delivery Skills Experience supporting and contributing to client design workshops Ability to deliver client demos showcasing CLM functionality Experience delivering or assisting with end-user training sessions Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements Core Competencies Strong communication and documentation skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to translate business requirements into technical configuration Detail-oriented with a structured and methodical approach Experience Level Mid Level
