We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Factory Licence & Compliance Executive who has practical knowledge of the complete factory licensing process in Gujarat. The candidate should be capable of independently handling factory licence applications, renewals, amendments, statutory documentation, online portal submissions, and coordination with the relevant government departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete process of new Factory Licence applications.

• Manage Factory Licence renewal, amendment, and modification applications.

• Handle factory registration and licensing procedures as applicable.

• Prepare, verify, and submit applications through the relevant Gujarat government portals.

• Understand factory layout plans, building plans, manufacturing processes, installed machinery, horsepower, and worker details relevant to licensing.

• Prepare and maintain required documents, forms, declarations, and supporting records.

• Coordinate with clients, factory management, architects, and relevant government authorities.

• Follow up on pending applications, queries, inspections, and approvals.

• Handle changes in factory details, including machinery, installed power, workforce, and other applicable particulars.

• Maintain records of licence validity, renewal due dates, and compliance requirements.

• Identify documentation gaps and resolve application-related queries.

• Stay updated on applicable provisions of factory legislation, Gujarat rules, and changes in licensing procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any relevant discipline; technical qualifications will be an advantage.

• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Factory Licence and compliance work.

• Practical knowledge of Gujarat's factory licensing procedures and relevant government portals.

• Ability to independently manage applications from documentation to final approval.

• Good documentation, computer, communication, and follow-up skills.

• Experience working with an environmental consultancy, compliance consultancy, industrial unit, or regulatory affairs firm will be preferred.

We prefer a candidate who has independently handled multiple Factory Licence applications, renewals, and amendments and understands the complete process rather than someone with only general compliance knowledge.

• It is a Full Time చట్టపరమైన job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
