Roles and responsibilities

1. RBI related activities

2. Company filing for all companies - annual and as applicable filings

3. HR legal activities

4. Court and other suits - coordination with lawyers

5. Preparing and filing for investment documents- MCA filings and investor queries of related documents to manage and provide the same

6. Coordinate with auditors and get all the signatures from the directors for filing purposes

7. Maintain all the records in physical form and electronic form

8. Work closely with the promoter and director
