Company Secretary:

We are looking for Company Secretary who can join us :

·         Preparing Notices, Resolutions & minutes of AGM, EGM, BM, and committees meeting

·         Annual Filing of the company and filing necessary compliance with ROC.

·         Liaisoning with registrar of company’s office, Ahmedabad

·         Drafting of Resolutions under the companies Act, 2013/1956.

·         Work relating to special economic zone unit (SEZ)

Legal and Other matters:

Drafting and vetting of various agreements like lease agreements, Collaboration agreement, Partnership agreement, Memorandum of understanding ,Joint venture agreement, Franchise Agreement, Retainer ship Agreement, Consultancy agreement, leave and license agreements, employment agreement, Non-disclosure agreement, Hospitality agreements, IT Agreements ,Service level agreements & other legal documents like POA, affidavits, Indemnity Bond, Vakalatnama, letter of Authority, Renewal & termination letters , etc.

Liasoining with consultants / legal counsels for cases and arbitration proceedings under code of civil and criminal procedure, legal notice and property related matters appearance with them in respective courts.

Job Location: Ellis bridge – Ahmedabad

• It is a Full Time చట్టపరమైన job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
