Job Title: Advocate / Legal Associate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Advocate to handle legal matters, provide legal advice, and support the company in contractual, compliance, and litigation-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of corporate, civil, and commercial laws and be capable of independently managing legal cases and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, and legal documents

• Handle litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel

• Provide legal opinions and risk assessment on business matters

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and authorities when required

• Manage notices, legal correspondence, and dispute resolution

• Support management in legal strategy and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• LLB / LLM from a recognized university

• Enrolled with Bar Council

• Minimum [3–7] years of relevant experience as an Advocate

• Experience in corporate, civil, or commercial matters preferred

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills

• Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience handling contracts related to infrastructure, EPC, or energy sector (preferred but not mandatory)

Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience
