We are looking for a Advocate to join our team at Tusker Wallcoverings to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 (can be higher depending on work) along with professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and vet customer, vendor, employee, and business agreements.

• Provide legal advice on business operations and risk management.

• Handle legal notices, disputes, and payment recovery matters.

• Ensure legal documentation and compliance records are maintained.

• Coordinate with management on employment, commercial, and contractual matters.

• Represent the company before legal authorities and courts, when required.

• Liaise with external consultants such as Chartered Accountants on legal matters related to the business.

  Key Requirements:

  • LLB degree with relevant experience in commercial/business law.

  • Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts.

  • Strong knowledge of employment, contract, and commercial laws.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and legal drafting skills.

  • Ability to work independently on a part-time or retainer basis.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Strong understanding of legal terms, communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
