About Us

We are looking for a skilled Advocate to handle the company's legal matters, ensure statutory compliance, and provide legal support across business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, contracts, other legal documents.

• Handle legal notices, replies, and legal correspondence.

• Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and government authorities whenever required.

• Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants for ongoing legal matters.

• Ensure compliance with corporate, commercial, labour, and other applicable laws.

• Provide legal advice and risk assessment to management on business transactions.

• Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters.

• Conduct legal research and keep the company updated on legal and regulatory changes.

• Maintain proper records of legal documents, case files, and compliance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate law, commercial law, or litigation.

• Strong knowledge of contract law, company law, labour law, civil law, and legal compliance.

• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters efficiently.

• Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling corporate legal matters and commercial contracts.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
