Job Summary:

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a dynamic and skilled Lawyer with experience in DRT matters, client handling, and legal drafting. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both legal and client-facing responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle matters related to Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)

Manage call-based legal follow-ups and coordination

Perform legal drafting (notices, petitions, affidavits, agreements, etc.)

Ensure proper case documentation and compliance

Communicate effectively with clients and provide legal guidance

Represent clients professionally and maintain strong client relationships

Coordinate with internal teams for case updates and progress

Required Skills & Qualifications:

LLB degree (mandatory)

1–5 years of experience in legal practice (preferably DRT exposure)

Strong drafting and communication skills

Experience in client handling / client-facing roles

Ability to manage call work and follow-ups efficiently

Good knowledge of legal procedures and documentation

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Salary: As per industry standards / based on experience
