Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Advocate with 2–6+ years of professional experience to join our legal team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling Family, Civil, Criminal, and DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and represent clients in Family, Civil, Criminal, and DRT matters

• Draft legal documents including petitions, notices, affidavits, and agreements

• Appear before courts/tribunals and manage case proceedings

• Provide legal advice and strategy to clients

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Coordinate with clients and maintain case records

• Ensure timely updates and follow-ups on ongoing cases

Requirements:

• LLB/LLM from a recognized university

• 2–6+ years of relevant legal experience

• Strong knowledge of Family, Civil, Criminal, and DRT laws

• Excellent drafting and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

• Good client-handling and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Court practice experience is mandatory

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and in a team
