🧾 Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Advocate (3+ years) to handle litigation, drafting, and client advisory. The role involves representing clients across various courts and managing end-to-end case responsibilities with professionalism and accuracy.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in courts (District Court, High Court, DRT, etc.)

• Draft legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, agreements, and notices

• Handle cases related to civil, criminal, corporate, and family law

• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies

• Attend court hearings and manage filings, documentation, and follow-ups

• Provide legal advice and maintain strong client communication

• Coordinate with senior advocates and internal legal teams

• Maintain case files and ensure timely updates

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• LLB / LLM from a recognized university

• Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience (civil/criminal/High Court preferred)

• Enrollment with Bar Council (mandatory)

• Strong drafting, pleading, and research skills

• Excellent communication and client-handling ability

• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

• Knowledge of court procedures and legal documentation

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Experience in DRT / Banking / Corporate matters

• Exposure to High Court work and filings

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

💰 Salary & Benefits

• ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)
