Conduct legal due diligence of residential, commercial, and land properties.
Verify title documents, sale deeds, agreements, encumbrance certificates, approvals, and other property records.
Review and draft Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, Joint Development Agreements, MOUs, POAs, and related documents.
Examine property titles and identify legal risks, discrepancies, encumbrances, and ownership issues.
Coordinate with clients, developers, banks, government authorities, advocates, and other stakeholders.
Provide legal opinions and recommendations on property transactions.
Handle property-related notices, disputes, claims, and litigation matters.
Assist in registration, mutation, khata, land conversion, and other property-related legal processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable RERA, registration, stamp duty, land, and property laws.
Maintain proper records of legal documents, cases, agreements, and property files.
Support the sales and management teams with legal clarification during negotiations and transactions.
Liaise with external legal counsel and represent the company before relevant authorities or courts, where required.
