Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Advocate to join our legal team. The candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters, drafting legal documents, attending court proceedings, and providing legal advice to clients across various practice areas.

Key Responsibilities

Handle litigation, civil, criminal, DRT and legal compliance matters.

Draft and review legal notices, agreements, contracts, petitions, and affidavits.

Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and other legal authorities.

Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.

Coordinate with clients regarding case updates and legal documentation.

Ensure timely filing of cases and legal documents.

Provide legal opinions and consultation to clients.

Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics in all legal matters.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB/LLM).

Enrollment with Bar Council is mandatory.

2–5 years of experience in legal practice preferred.

Strong drafting and communication skills.

Good knowledge of Indian laws and court procedures.

Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
