Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents including Sale Deeds, Agreements to Sell, Lease Agreements, Gift Deeds, Mortgage Deeds, and Development Agreements.

• Conduct legal due diligence and title verification for land and property transactions.

• Verify ownership records, encumbrances, and property-related documents.

• Provide legal opinions on land titles, ownership disputes, and property acquisition.

• Handle registration of sale deeds, conveyance deeds, and other property documents.

• Ensure compliance with applicable real estate, land, and revenue laws.

• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, revenue authorities, and government departments in property-related matters.

• Handle land acquisition, mutation, conversion, partition, inheritance, and succession matters.

• Assist in obtaining approvals, permissions, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from relevant authorities.

• Manage litigation related to land disputes, property possession, boundary issues, easements, and encroachments.

• Advise clients on lease, tenancy, redevelopment, and joint development agreements.

• Coordinate with developers, architects, surveyors, financial institutions, and government authorities.

• Conduct legal risk assessments before property purchases and investments.

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and legal documentation.

• Stay updated with changes in real estate laws, land revenue regulations, and judicial precedents.
