Job Opening – Grinder Operator & Spray Painter

Location: Chennai Railway Workshop

We are hiring dedicated and experienced candidates for railway workshop maintenance work in Chennai.

Positions

• Grinder Operator

• Spray Painter

Job Responsibilities

• Remove rust, corrosion, and old paint from railway coaches and components using an angle grinder.

• Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning and grinding.

• Apply primer and spray paint as per quality standards and work instructions.

• Operate grinding and spray painting equipment safely and efficiently.

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure proper handling of tools and materials.

Eligibility

• Experience in grinding, rust removal, or spray painting is preferred.

• Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment.

• Ability to speak and understand Hindi is mandatory.

• Basic English communication is an added advantage.

• Experience in railway, heavy engineering, or industrial projects will be an added advantage.
