Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of residents/students
Supervise day-to-day hostel/residential operations
Enforce hostel rules and regulations fairly and consistently
Maintain attendance, entry, and exit records of residents
Address and resolve student/resident grievances
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the premises
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff
Ensure timely food service and monitor mess quality (if applicable)
Handle emergencies and report incidents to management
Conduct regular room inspections
Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
Maintain records, reports, and inventory related to hostel operations
Act as a point of contact between management, students, and parents
