Warden

A warden in a hostel or residential school for hearing-impaired children has responsibilities beyond regular supervision. The role includes ensuring safety, emotional support, communication access, and a nurturing environment suited to the children’s specific needs.

• Maintain daily schedules for waking, meals, hygiene, study, and sleep

• Supervise personal hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming

• Ensure proper nutrition and health care

• Support children in developing independence and self-care skills
