Supervisor

We are looking for a Job Title to join our team Company Name. Your responsibility will be assisting communicate with labours, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. Ability to handle worker ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.

• Help equipment operators, carpenters and other skilled labor when necessary.

• Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.

• Load/unload construction materials

• Manage the labourers, coordinate the tasks, and give them instructions.

• Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should have his own VEHICLE (Bike or Scootey). Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
