Store Helper

We are looking for a Kirana Store Helper to join our team. Your responsibility will be helping in daily store operations such as stock handling, packing, billing support, cleaning/arranging items, and assisting customers. A strong work ethic, honesty, and attention to detail are essential for this position.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience and performance).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in arranging products on shelves and maintaining proper display.

Stock handling: loading/unloading goods and keeping inventory organized.

Support in packing grocery items for customers and home delivery orders.

Maintain store cleanliness: sweeping/mopping and keeping aisles neat.

Help in checking expiry dates and removing damaged/expired goods.

Assist the cashier/billing counter when needed (basic help, not mandatory).

Coordinate with supervisor/store owner and follow instructions.

Ensure proper handling of goods to avoid damage.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Below 10th / 10th pass

Experience: 0 – 6+ years (freshers can apply)

Age: 18 years and above

Must be physically fit for tasks such as standing long hours and lifting bags/boxes.

Should be honest, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.

Basic knowledge of Hindi/local language preferred.
