Job Summary: We are looking for a Signage Production Executive to manage and coordinate signage production activities, ensuring all artwork and production files are print-ready and meet quality standards. The role involves handling prepress processes, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring smooth execution of signage projects from file preparation to final production

Requirements:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in prepress or related fields.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and CorelDraw), is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn print production processes.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and optimize signage artwork files for printing and fabrication.

· Ensure artwork meets production specifications, including dimensions, bleed,

resolution, color profiles, and file formats.

· Assist in prepress activities such as proofing, file validation, imposition, and print

setup.

· Coordinate with designers, vendors, and production teams for approvals and

modifications.

· Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for assigned signage projects and production

requests.

· Monitor production timelines and ensure timely delivery of signage materials.

· Identify and troubleshoot basic artwork or production issues with guidance from

senior team members.

· Maintain quality standards across indoor and outdoor signage production.

· Support installation coordination and ensure production accuracy as per client

requirements.

· Maintain proper documentation of production files and project updates.
