We are looking for a Packing Staff to join our team at MAA MANGALA ENTERPRISES. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8,000 - ₹15,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Sorting & Grading: Organizing fish by species, size, and quality.
Cleaning & Gutting: Preparing the catch for wholesale, retail, or export.
Packing: Placing fish into primary/secondary packaging—such as Fish Packing Trays or insulated foam boxes—along with ice to maintain freshness during transit
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
