Job Description – Packing Executive

Position: Packing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Packing Executive to support our cloud-kitchen operations by ensuring that food orders are packed accurately, hygienically, and on time. The ideal candidate should be attentive, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack food items according to the order received and company packing standards.

• Check orders carefully before dispatch to ensure the correct items and quantities are included.

• Ensure proper labeling of food packets, including order details where required.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the packing area.

• Handle food and packaging materials safely and hygienically.

• Ensure food is packed securely to prevent leakage, spillage, or damage during delivery.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and dispatch/delivery team for timely order handover.

• Check packaging materials and inform the supervisor when stock is low.

• Follow company SOPs for food safety, hygiene, and packing.

• Maintain cleanliness of packing equipment and workstations.

• Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately.

• Support other kitchen/operations activities whenever required.

Requirements

• Experience: 0–6 months; freshers can apply.

• Basic understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness.

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to stand and work for extended periods.

• Hindi/Kannada/English communication will be an advantage.
