Packing Staff

We are looking for a Packing Staff to join our team at Caarabi Coffee Roasters. Your responsibility will be assisting packaging and lifting boxes, and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹18,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• -Experience in Packing and hands-on involvement in packaging operations

  -Knowledge of Quality Control standards to maintain consistency and meet regulations

  -Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and coordinate with procurement for timely

  replenishment

  -Identify bottlenecks in the packing line and suggest methods to reduce waste and improve

  efficiency.

  -Strong organizational and time management skills

  -Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment

  -Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  -Background in supply chain or manufacturing firm is a plus

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
