Job Description – Live Counter Executive (Restaurant / Dining)

Position: Live Counter Executive
Department: Operations / F&B Service
Location: Restaurant / Dining Outlet
Experience: 1–3 Years in Restaurant, Hotel, Café, or QSR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food items at the live counter as per company standards.

• Interact with guests professionally and take customized food requests.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the live cooking station.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen for replenishment.

• Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines.

• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.

• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of cooking equipment.

• Support the kitchen and service team during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th / PUC / Diploma qualification.

• 1–3 years of experience in live counter operations, restaurants, hotels, cafés, or QSRs.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Positive attitude and team-player mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in dosa, chaat, pasta, grill, sandwich, or beverage live counters.

• Basic English communication.

• Customer-focused approach with good presentation skills.
