Packaging Assoiate

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to manage day-to-day packaging activities for hampers and products. The candidate will be responsible for proper packing, handling packaging materials, maintaining product quality during packing, and supporting basic system-related work.

Key Responsibilities:
Packaging & Hamper Preparation

• Pack hampers and products carefully as per company standards.

• Arrange products neatly and ensure attractive presentation of hampers.

• Handle packaging materials such as boxes, wrapping sheets, tapes, labels, etc.

• Ensure products are packed safely to avoid damage during dispatch.

• Perform quality checks before final packaging.
  

Material Handling

• Maintain packaging material stock and inform seniors about shortages.

• Organize packaging area and keep materials properly arranged.

• Assist in loading/unloading packaging materials when required.
  

System & Coordination Work

• Update basic packing details in the system or Excel sheet.

• Coordinate with dispatch/store team for order completion.

• Maintain basic records of packed orders and dispatched items.
  

Qualification:

• Minimum 12/ Graduation Pass.
  

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in packaging, warehouse, or hamper packing preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
