Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and understand unskilled manpower requirements from clients
• Coordinate with recruiters and local agents to source suitable workers
• Maintain updated records of available laborers (helpers, cleaners, loaders, etc.)
• Conduct preliminary screening, including age, fitness, availability, and willingness to work
• Schedule and coordinate interviews or trade tests, where required
• Collect, verify, and maintain essential worker documents (ID proof, photographs, medical reports)
• Coordinate medical checkups and police verification as applicable
• Follow up with workers regarding joining dates and deployment schedules
• Arrange worker mobilization, transportation, and site reporting logistics
• Maintain accurate daily manpower deployment and attendance records
• Act as a single point of contact between clients, recruiters, and workers
Requirements & Skills:
• Basic understanding of manpower sourcing and deployment
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Good communication skills in local languages and Telugu/Hindi/English
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment
