Job Description – Delivery Executive

Position: Delivery Boy / Delivery Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Deliver customer orders safely and on time.

- Pick up parcels from the assigned hub and deliver them to customers.

- Verify customer details and collect payments when required.

- Maintain proper handling and safety of parcels.

- Use a smartphone/app for order updates and delivery status.

- Follow the assigned delivery route and company guidelines.

- Provide polite and professional service to customers.

- Report any delivery-related issues to the supervisor.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Must have a bike/two-wheeler.

- Valid Driving Licence is required.

- Basic knowledge of English/Hindi.

- Smartphone with internet connection.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to work according to assigned shifts.

- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
