Job Description (JD) – Material Packer & Loader

Position: Material Packer & Loader

Job Summary:
B.L. Tandon & Co. is looking for hardworking and responsible Material Packers & Loaders to handle packing, loading, unloading, and movement of electrical and related materials in the warehouse/store. The candidate should ensure safe handling of goods and maintain cleanliness and discipline in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack materials safely and accurately as per dispatch requirements.

• Load and unload goods from trucks, tempos, and delivery vehicles.

• Assist in receiving, checking, and stacking incoming materials.

• Move materials within the warehouse/store as directed by supervisors.

• Ensure proper labeling and packaging of products.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.

• Report damaged or missing items immediately.

• Follow all safety guidelines while handling materials.

• Support inventory and stock management activities when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 8th Pass / 10th Pass.

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.

• Experience in packing, loading, warehouse, or store operations preferred.

• Honest, disciplined, and punctual.

• Ability to work in a team environment.
