Labour Supervisor

We are hiring a Quality Control Supervisor to manage daily field operations, supervise execution teams, and ensure quality standards at work sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Report at the godown in the morning and inspect machines, vehicles, tools, and team uniforms.

Ensure execution teams depart for sites on time with proper machine setup and safety equipment.

Maintain Vehicle Outgoing Form records for machines, tools, and equipment before dispatch.

Conduct minimum two site quality inspections daily to ensure SOP and safety compliance.

Fill QC inspection forms and maintain proper documentation.

Collect and organize 7-step work photos from WhatsApp groups for records.

Submit daily reports and coordinate material transfers between sites when required.

Perform additional operational tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills:

Field supervision and team management

Quality inspection and reporting

Documentation and record keeping

Basic mobile app and WhatsApp reporting

Qualification: Graduate / Relevant field experience preferred

Experience: 1–3 Years (Field Operations / Site Supervision preferred)
