Job Description

We are urgently hiring a Labour Supervisor for handling labour hiring and manpower management at client sites near Ballabhgarh, Faridabad. The candidate should have experience in supervising workers, coordinating with clients, and maintaining proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise labour manpower at client sites.

• Coordinate labour hiring as per client requirements.

• Maintain daily attendance, records, and site documentation.

• Handle labour allocation and ensure smooth work operations.

• Communicate with clients and contractors regarding manpower needs.

• Ensure discipline, safety rules, and proper work at the site.

• Prepare reports related to manpower and site activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass.

• 2 – 5 years experience in labour supervision or manpower handling.

• Basic knowledge of documentation and record keeping.

• Good communication and team handling skills.

• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

Location Preference: Candidates from Ballabhgarh / Faridabad nearby areas will be preferred.
